About the Principals

The principals of APG, Martha Blake and Christina Becker,  are MBA mangers who have worked with struggling teams. Their analytical training at the C. G. Jung Institute, Zurich allows them to teach high performance teams. Martha and Christina are dedicated to facilitating conscious leadership. Together they offer more than 40 years of successful change management within international for-profit corporations and local not-for-profit organizations.

Martha Blake has facilitated and trained quality teams planning improvements in industry and healthcare for twenty years. Teams from managed care organizations, centers of excellence, hospitals, vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies learn to work together to identify best practices and build effective implementation plans. Martha is an author of the award-winning 2002 Kaiser Permanente Northwest Pain Management Program nomination. Recently Martha authored a quality assurance course that emphasizes the importance of teamwork for an on-line university. Martha teaches teamwork, maintains a private practice as an analyst, conducts workshops, and coaches professionals through personal change.  For Martha's Resume. Christina Becker has consulted to business, government, and not-for-profit organizations since 1989. She has designed and facilitated successful organizational change processed and board governance exercises. Under contract with the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne Switzerland, she facilitated numerous groups of international senior executives and MBA students in team building exercises. Teams reported increased effectiveness as members engaged each other consciously. Her book, The Heart of the Matter, explores the connection between conflicts of conscience, ethics and integrity. Christina recently hosted a successful on-line seminar for organizational development experts from across the world entitled "Coming out of the Organizational Shadow".  For Christina's Resume.
